- Customers must provide a valid Malaysian business registration (e.g., SSM or other approved trading license in East Malaysia) to subscribe or renew their services.
- By subscribing, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Subscription expiry and payment policy:
- We will notify you via email one month and one week before the subscription expires.
- Payment must be made before the expiry date to avoid service disruption.
- If payment is not received within 7 days after the expiry date, the subscription will be deactivated and a reactivation fee of RM80 will apply.
- After this 7-day grace period, your data will be marked for deletion.
- Before deletion, we will notify you and provide a secure download link for your PostgreSQL raw data and associated file attachments stored in the ERP system.
By subscribing to any of our services, customers must acknowledge and agree to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
🔹 Free Support
- All SaaS products include complimentary access to our AI Support Agent and email-based support.
- Free support does not include human-assisted or live support options.
🔹 Standard Support (Paid Plan)
- Includes access to:
- Ticketing system with a guaranteed SLA of 4-hour response time during working hours
- Telegram Group Support Channel
- AI Support Agent
- Recommended for active users who require regular technical guidance.
🔹 Premium Support (Per Case Basis)
- Available only by request from existing customers with an active Standard Support subscription.
- Each case is billed at RM350 and includes:
- WhatsApp support with our technical team (during office hours)
- Google Meet sessions for hands-on assistance
- Support must be used within 3 calendar days from activation.
- All Premium cases must be initiated by logging a ticket in the support system.
📅 Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Alternate Saturdays (based on Johor State schedule): 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- All support SLAs and sessions apply strictly within these hours.
